Teachers work with this portfolio alongside the CPD course. The aim is to align the largely self-directed work in the CPD course with individual learning objectives. Teachers should recognize the relevance of critical issues in their private and professional environment and activate their prior knowledge of them. This allows them to set individual priorities for their work in the CPD course. In addition, the portfolio contains a self-assessment of their teaching competence on the various topics, which allows them to identify areas of competence that need to be deepened.
This document is a “work in progress”, as it is continuously revised and supplemented by further sections.
