Meeting of the Teacher Academies

Germany

During the meeting with the German Teacher Academies, small group discussions on key topics such as deliverables, dissemination strategies, and stakeholder mapping were held. These discussions led to a collective impact session, where   strategic questions including common goals, creating shared spaces within teacher education, and ensuring sustainable benefits from Erasmus+ Teacher Academies were adressed. Going forward, the German Teacher Academies will collaborate by sharing results, sending out quarterly newsletters and using a common campus cloud to store ideas. To increase visibility, a common dissemination strategy within the Teacher Academies was proposed, including project outcomes and research. The Bochum team will be coordinating the Teacher Academies for 2024.

Finland

The event was held in Helsinki and all Teacher Academies projects in Finland participated.

Sari Harmoinen represented TESTEd in the event. The format had a couple of roundtable discussions, and then a networking event. We got very positive feedback from participants and there was a shared excitement about exploring collaboration possibilities and building networks.
